چکیده

Atrazine is still widely used in China. residue (1.86-1 100 mg/kg) the soil has exceeded allowable limit (1.0 mg/kg), affecting structure and aggregate composition. To understand long-term application of atrazine on aggregates binding agent, four treatments were established cornfield planted since 1998, including without applied (AT0), (28% atrazine, 1 200-1 350 mL/ha/year) once a year from 2012 to 2018 (AT6, 167 2008 (AT10, 127.64 as well 2002 (AT16, 102 with three replications. Along increase time, mass fraction > 5 mm 2-5 decreased significantly while 0.5-2 < 0.5 increased gradually, change agents contents same that aggregates. The organic carbon (SOC) glomalin-related protein (GRSP) negatively correlated years application. Our results show although does not yearly application, its concentration markedly higher than permitted value seriously affected content SOC GRSP 2 mm, which can lead decrease stability quality.

The Effect of Land use and Soil Erosion on Soil Organic Carbon and Nitrogen Stock

Soil organic carbon (SOC) is a principal component in soil quality assessment. Knowledge of SOC and total nitrogen (TN) stocks are important keys to understand the role of SOC in the global carbon cycle and, as a result, in the mitigation of global greenhouse effects. SOC and TN stocks are functions of the SOC concentration and the bulk density of the soil that are prone to changes, influe...

Urban Tree Effects on Soil Organic Carbon

Urban trees sequester carbon into biomass and provide many ecosystem service benefits aboveground leading to worldwide tree planting schemes. Since soils hold ∼75% of ecosystem organic carbon, understanding the effect of urban trees on soil organic carbon (SOC) and soil properties that underpin belowground ecosystem services is vital. We use an observational study to investigate effects of thre...

Soil and soil organic carbon redistribution on the landscape

Patterns of soil organic carbon (SOC) vary widely across the landscape leading to large uncertainties in the SOC budget especially for agricultural landscapes where water, tillage and wind erosion redistributes soil and SOC across the landscape. It is often assumed that soil erosion results in a loss of SOC from the agricultural ecosystem but recent studies indicate that soil erosion and its su...

Soil organic carbon dynamics jointly controlled by climate, carbon inputs, soil properties and soil carbon fractions.

Soil organic carbon (SOC) dynamics are regulated by the complex interplay of climatic, edaphic and biotic conditions. However, the interrelation of SOC and these drivers and their potential connection networks are rarely assessed quantitatively. Using observations of SOC dynamics with detailed soil properties from 90 field trials at 28 sites under different agroecosystems across the Australian ...

Tillage effects on soil organic carbon distribution and storage in a silt loam soil in Illinois

Interest in tillage impacts on sequestration of soil organic carbon (SOC) has increased greatly during recent years. The use of reduced and no-tillage (NT) practices generally increases the SOC concentration in surface few centimeters when compared to conventionally tilled soils. However, use of conservation tillage does not always result in increased SOC storage overall. The effects of sample ...
